Refund policy

 

RETURN 

After the product is returned, you will receive your refund through a bank account in up to 14 business days.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only, regardless of the original payment method.

Kindly provide the following details: 
•⁠  ⁠Bank Name
•⁠  ⁠⁠Account Holder Name (Full name)
•⁠  ⁠⁠Bank Account Number (Not the card number)

Note: The refunded amount will be issued excluding the following:
1)    The shipping fees paid for delivering the order to your address.
2)    The return shipping fees for collecting the item from your address (Unless it’s a defective item).

This specific policy of only transferring money through bank accounts is in compliance with the Egyptian tax authority.

 

REFUND

The return shipping fees for collecting the item from your address.

EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, which is unused and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

WARRANTY

All products have a 30-days warranty period that starts with the date of the order delivery.

 

This warranty covers defects in materials. If your product fails to perform due to manufacturing defects, we will be replacing it free of charge.

 

In order to report an issue any of our products:

 

1) Send an email to - Support@pov-worldwide.com

2) Attach a picture of the defective item.

3) Include your order number.

4) Include your phone number.

5) Include the name of the product.

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

 

  • Misuse.
  • Accidents or external damage.
  • Any non-visually documented claims. 
  • Not following the user manual's instructions in details.

 

We will not be able to offer any financial compensation for any sort of damages in case of the absence of visual proof.
